Artfy specializes in premium printed canvas wall art, crafted with high-quality materials and advanced printing technology.
Each canvas is made-to-order to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Minor variations in color, size, and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products and differences in screen display settings.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and images on our website are provided for reference; actual products may differ slightly.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order.
Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Artfy reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and typically take 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Artfy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible as production begins immediately.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Artfy ships across India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout; however, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics delays, regional restrictions).
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
As all products are custom made-to-order, returns or refunds are not generally accepted unless the product is received damaged or defective.
In case of damage during shipping, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic proof.
Artfy reserves the right to inspect the reported issue before offering a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, product designs, images, text, and graphics displayed on Artfy’s website are the exclusive property of Artfy.
These materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
