Thank you for shopping with Artfy! This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Shipping Across India

  • We provide free standard shipping on all orders within India.

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.


2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Production Time

  • Each canvas artwork is custom made-to-order.

  • Typical production (printing, stretching, and packaging) takes 7–10 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Shipping/Transit Time

  • After production, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner service.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • From order confirmation to delivery: 12–20 business days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as holidays, regional lockdowns, or courier disruptions.


3. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with trusted courier services such as Shiprocket and its associated delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Once your order is dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the courier company, but we remain available for support in case of any issues.


4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier’s tracking page.


5. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to delivery delays or failed deliveries.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-shipping will incur additional shipping charges.


6. Damages or Issues During Transit

We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit:

How to Report an Issue

  • Email us at support@artfycanvas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photographs of:

      • The damaged product

      • The packaging (outer box and inner packaging)

Resolution

  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Note: Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.


7. Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
