Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Artfy, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order canvas wall art. Because every item is custom printed specifically for you, we have a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

  • All Artfy products are custom-made as soon as an order is confirmed.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed and production has started.

  • We request that you carefully check your design selection, size, and shipping information before confirming your order.


2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we strive for perfection, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

How to Report an Issue

  • Contact us at support@artfycanvas.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs of:

      • The damaged/incorrect product

      • The outer packaging (to assess transit damage)

Resolution

  • Once verified, we will offer one of the following options at no additional cost:

    • A replacement product of the same design and size, OR

    • A store credit for the value of the damaged/incorrect product.

Note:

  • Refunds to your original payment method are provided only if a replacement or store credit cannot be arranged.

  • We do not accept return-to-sender shipments without prior approval.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or credits in the following scenarios:

  • Orders with incorrect details (address, pin code, contact number) provided by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or size due to the handcrafted nature of the product and screen display differences.

  • Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • General dissatisfaction with design choice once the product has been produced.


4. Payment and COD Policy

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


5. Dispute Resolution

  • If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact us first at support@artfycanvas.com so we can resolve the matter quickly and amicably.

  • In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India], and governed by the laws of India.
